Long exposure, camera resting on a tie with a piece of ballast raising the lens a tiny bit while traffic passed on the street. I manually triggered the flash, detached from the camera. Once low, aimed into the side of each rail, then several times from 5' in the air forward across the distance of the tracks. I'm pretty proud of the results.>
